1. Agreement to Terms

By using the Husky Haulers website at huskyhaulers.com or engaging our moving services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Husky Haulers provides professional moving services including local moves, long-distance moves, packing services, commercial moves, and furniture disassembly and reassembly in Peoria, AZ and the Greater Phoenix area. Specific terms for each move are outlined in the written service agreement provided at the time of booking.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided by Husky Haulers are estimates based on information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on actual move conditions, additional items, access difficulties, or other factors not disclosed at the time of the quote. We will communicate any changes before proceeding. We do not charge hidden fees.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the move, including item inventory, access conditions, and any special handling requirements.
  • Ensuring items are ready to be moved at the scheduled time.
  • Disclosing any items that require special handling, such as antiques, artwork, or fragile electronics.
  • Securing parking and elevator access at both origin and destination locations where applicable.

5. Damage and Claims

Husky Haulers takes every precaution to protect your belongings using professional-grade materials and careful handling techniques. In the event of damage caused by our crew, we will work with you to make it right. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of move completion. We are not responsible for damage to items that were pre-existing, improperly packed by the customer, or inherently fragile without prior disclosure.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask for reasonable advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your move. Please contact us as soon as possible at (602) 367-2074 to make arrangements. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

7. Prohibited Items

We are unable to transport the following items:

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or explosives.
  • Illegal items or controlled substances.
  • Perishable food items.
  • Live animals or plants.
  • Cash, jewelry, or irreplaceable documents (we recommend transporting these yourself).

9. Limitation of Liability
